@harkly/mcp is a stdio MCP server over the API. Read tools are always on;
write tools need HARKLY_WRITE=1 and the key's own permissions still apply.

Write (opt-in): create a post, set its status, comment, reply or add a note in a thread, draft or publish a changelog entry.
Boards and statuses are named by slug or key in both directions, so an agent
can say planned rather than an id. The server is tested against a real MCP
client and against the live API; the source is in the
repo.
