Hello, Harkly
Why we built a feedback and support platform that charges for customers, not seats.
We run two small products, handback and MyPanchang. Both needed the same three things: somewhere for customers to ask, somewhere for us to answer, and a way to tell them when we shipped what they asked for. Every tool that did all three charged per seat, and the moment support, product and the person who writes the changelog each wanted a login, a $29 tool became a $145 one.
So we built Harkly for ourselves first. It has been running handback's feedback board, its help center and its support inbox since the summer, and MyPanchang's iOS app talks to it through a native Swift package.
What it is
Feedback boards, a roadmap, a changelog, a help center, a support inbox with a messenger, surveys, outbound messages, workflows and reports — all on one customer record. When a customer votes, opens a thread, answers an NPS survey and reads an update, it is the same person in every screen, with their plan and revenue next to them.
The loop closes on its own: link a post to a Linear, GitHub or Jira issue, and when the issue closes, the post moves. Publish an update, and every voter hears once.
What it costs
A flat price. Free for 500 identified customers with every module and unlimited seats; $29 a month for the whole team after that. AI comes with your own key at zero markup or included credits. If you'd rather keep your data on your own servers, the whole thing is AGPL and runs from one Docker Compose file.
What's next
We are opening a private beta to ten teams this month. If you are paying per seat for feedback or support today, we'd like to show you the import. Sign up at app.harkly.app or email hello@harkly.app.
